Notes & progress

Commission progress be sent in phases: sketch > lineart > colouring.
Major revision and/or repetitive huge changes after sketch are not allowed.
Average turnaround time is estimated to be around 4 – 6 weeks after payment receipt.
May extend to 3 months in the case of large number of characters (3 and above), complex commission, or emergency.
In order to finish within estimated turnaround, only one piece will be work on at a time except icons.
Any rushed commission may be extra charged or declined.
For icon/ solo headshot, I work on a minimum 1080px x 1080px canvas.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
I accept both order and payments from Artistree.
100% upfront payment only.
No refund will be issued once I start to work on the commission, unless I cannot proceed to finish it.
Ownership regulations
Commission can be used for personal and some commercial use (profile picture, banner, wallpaper, promotion post etc.).
Credit is appreciated for personal use.
Attribution is required for commercial use especially when posting on public platforms (social media, website, app, etc.).
Commercial use also includes contents creation and monetised online business such as streaming assets, video thumbnails, recurring subscriptions, and also donations.
Any merchandising usage (i.e. printed as product design for digital and physical sale such as book covers, album cover, apparel, selling the artwork piece itself, etc.) is not allowed.
Commissioner is severely prohibited from uploading the work into the AI, NFTs, block chain, nor any other models alike.
Commissioner cannot claim as the original artist.
Ownership and redistribution right of the artworks remain to the artist by default unless discussed otherwise.
The artist can use it as part of their portfolio, future commission examples and so on. It may be posted on public platforms unless requested otherwise upon order.
The artist has the right to accept or decline the commission for any reason, especially ToS infringement.
By commissioning me, you are automatically considered to adhere to the provided ToS (Terms of Services). It is subject to change, recent modification will be announced via status section.
Order Tips
Subject Description:
Describe the desired characters (how many of them? who? etc.), face and body expression, personality, and poses. Photos are needed as well. You may add what activities are happening in the scene to make your requirement clearer.
If applicable, do state what kind of background or settings for the artwork.Sizes:
Icon/Headshot | Half Body | Knee Up | Full Body - State which one that applicable to your order.If all characters have same size within a piece, client only need to mention the sizing once. Otherwise it need to be declare for each of them. For example: Character A is a headshot. Character B is a full body.Artwork Purpose:
Optional for personal use. Required for commercial use. Anything that would help setting the direction for artwork. For example: Sports card design, personal gallery, blog posts, etc.(Optional) Canvas Size:
Desired size of the commission piece — pixels measurement preferred for accuracy, but universal sizes are acceptable as well. For example, A4 and B5. Highly recommend being stated for wallpaper, banner, framed piece etc.
